Fleece Horse Blanket Thows
I just wanted to tell you about some Fleece horse blankets that I found. I know it is a little different than most things I tell you about but with colder weather coming this will help stay warm. Most of the ones that I have look at have beautiful horse prints on them. I have grand kids who love horses and they love these horse blankets. Fleece Throw Blanket is machine washable and dryable, anti-spilling 100% polyester Nordic Fleece. The edge is sewn with an over lock stitch in thread matching the color of the Blanket. They keep moisture away from the body and are lightweight yet warm. The 48 by 60-inch size is ideal as a throw blanket on the couch, in the car, or anywhere else you may need a lightweight blanket. There are many different patterns of horses and colors to choose from. These blankets make a great gift for horse lovers of all ages and for yourself to. They even make a great wall hanger for your home. So check them out they are very beautiful!
Horse Blankets
If you live in cold weather than you may want to think about getting a blanket for your horse. There are many different kinds you can choose from. There are light weight and heavy weight blankets for your horse and a wide selection of colors. For all a around use I would recommend 600 DENIER Ripstop Waterproof Outer Shell with 210 lining and 300 gram poly fill. Shoulder gussets, stainless steel hardware, open front with double buckle. Wither fleece protector and tail cover. Hidden rear leg straps and criss cross surcingles. Coat polishing liner. This turnout blanket is designed to hold up to the light winter conditions while allowing your horse to stay dry and comfortable. This blanket will work very good in most cases but not in very cold weather. In very cold weather you better to keep your horse inside at night and bad storms. I hope this will help you and your horse.
Horse Pads and Blankets
Horse pads and blankets have been around for along time only the materials that there are made from has changed. This include everything from natural fibers, such as cotton and wool, to synthetic fleeces and foams. Many people favor wool because the tighter the weave the more durable and heavier the blanket, and as a wool blanket absorbs sweat, it becomes even heavier. Felt wool is also the top choice for making felt pad. Foam pads dense, closed-cell foam pads provide a lot of cushion with little bulk, and foam absorbs shock well. It does not, however, absorb sweat well. Many horsemen prefer a combination pad of dense foam sandwiched between layers of felt. the foam cushions the shock, and the natural wool felt absorbs a horse”s sweat. I prefer the combination pad and would recommend this kind to all horsemen.
