Horse Care Products
There are many products out there for your horse shampoos, brushes, fly sprays, hoof care and coat shine products. Shampoos are very important they should be strong but gentle one with lanolin in it will keep his or hers skin moist and shining. Most horses love to be brush make sure that the brush is not to soft or to hard. When buying a brush take it and put it across your hand if it hurts it is to hard if it feels real soft it is some were in the middle is better. Fly spray can help a lot try spraying a little on before a ride this will help to keep bugs away while you ride because your horse is going to sweat. When done riding wash your horse off to get rid of the sweat. Hoof care is very important check your horses feet before riding or working him. If you show your horse and you want his or hers hoofs to shine there is a polish that you can get to made them do this it looks great. I hope this has helped you and I recommend that you try some of these product.
Western Saddles
I find that western saddles are more comfortable for trail riding. Also better looking in shows and more durable to different weather conditions. Most western saddles have well padded seats and come in longer saddle sizes from fourteen to seventeen inches. By adding a good pad under your saddle you and your horse will be allot more comfortable. When you are buying a saddle make sure that is made from a good thick leather and has good shine and smell. Look at the sewing of seams to make sure that they are tight and not worn. Also make sure that the stirrups can be adjusted to fit your leg length and that the stirrups are warped with leather. This is a BRAND NEW Western Pleasure Saddle designed for gaited horses. Hand tooled with a deep combination edge tool design. Saddle complete with deep padded seat, square skirt, leather covered stirrups and matching leather billets. Decorated with silver plated conchos. This saddle is suitable for everyday riding or the show ring! This is the kind of saddle that I would recommend good looking and durable.
