51TvFR-v9xL._SL160_I have found a book that will help you understand your horse a little better. This book called “How to Think like a Horse by Cherry Hill is the story of a trainer who found a different way of training horses. In her book she covers different behavior problems of your horse and how to deal with them. Also she tells you why horses do what they do and what they actions means. She shows you in words and pictures how horses react to different situations. This book will tell you why your horse runs away when you walk at him and what you can do about it. Her training methods and understanding of horses is very good. She know went to be gentle and when to be firm, without doing any harm. She talks about looking into a horses eyes and seeing a light  that tells  you if your horse is willing to learn and trust you. I know this to be true because I have seen it myself. If would like to learn more about your horse and understand your horse better I highly recommend this book!

Here is one of the best books on horse training  on the market. It is another great book by Monty Roberts called “from my hands to yours”. This book covers all of his training methods and history of the horse. As Monty would say “A good horse trainer can get a horse to do what he wants him to do. A great trainer can get a horse to want to do it.” This will teach you the language of the horse with dialog and pictures. This book will show many tools to help you build trust and the behavior of your horse. This book will look that ways that are traditional but are questionable to Monty. Overall this book will cover everything you will need to learn about your horse and how to keep him happy, healthy, friendly. Create a path and watch him learn to partner with our kind be fair and his trust you”ll earn be gentle and a friend you”ll find.  I highly recommend this book to all horse owners.
